PAREXEL International in Germany is looking for a CRA II with monitoring experience in clinical research, ready for a challenging job in an international organization. The successful applicant will benefit from the opportunity to work on varied projects, therapeutic areas and phases of development enabling him/her to gain broad based experience within clinical research.
The CRA can be home based or office based and will be responsible for studies from site selection to close out. He or she will be part of an international skilled and motivated team.
The responsibility of a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is to perform the clinical monitoring aspect of designated projects in accordance with applicable SOP and regulations. Responsibilities include performing clinical on-site monitoring activities (drive patient recruitment, source data verification, drug accountability, data collection), collecting regulatory documentation (when required), performing qualification, initiation, monitoring and termination of investigational sites in accordance with ICH GCP guidelines.
Monitoring experience of several years.
Strong regulatory knowledge including ICH-GCP.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to successfully work in a flexible environment and diverse team structure (internal/external).
Ability to make appropriate decisions in ambiguous situations.
Ability to solve problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
Client focused approach to work with the ability to interact professionally within a client organization.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve project timelines.

Sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks.
Able to travel up to 65% on average.
Holds a driving license where required.
