Technical cooperation with existing and new OEM customers regarding serial products, new tire development and tire approvals.
Industrialization of complete wheel mounting process in our production plants.
Support OE Key Account Mangers in winning new OEM customers, incl. technical presentations at customer locations.
Organization and monitoring of the tire approval process.
Regular visits and support at customer events (training, fairs and exhibitions, etc.).
Contact for all quality related issues and complaints of OEM customers, incl. coordination of necessary measures between OEM customers and e. g. customer services and quality management department.
Search for and compile OEM customer requirements of tires and assembled wheels in a database to inform Product Management and R&D.
Create and maintain a database of Industrial and OTR wheel manufacturers to support the local plants.
Support the sales organization of Replacement Germany in reference to technical questions and complaints from end users with new OEM vehicles.
Academic degree in engineering or comparable fields
Several years professional experience in the automotive sector
Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Good communication skills, high willingness, quality and customer orientation
Analytical, structured and independent way of working
