The Architecture & Construction team consists of currently 4 members who are responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of hotel projects.
In this position you are responsible for the administrative support and the central point of contact for all tasks within the department. These include the correspondence, the travel coordination as well as the preparation of meetings. You are responsible for the diary keeping as well as the visa support. The updating of databases as well as the administration of invoices and travel expenses are also part of the scope.
The successful candidate is able to work self-paced, is an orginzational talent and a great communicator. You are service-minded, posses great analytical skills and excellent knowledge of the MS Office package. Above average skills in English as well as in German are required. Knowledge in Russian would be a great asset.
You have mastered an apprenticeship in business administration or the international hotel business and have already gained adminstrative experience.
