The place of business will be Berlin.
This position reports directly to the head of the department and provides solutions to business-related problems with focus on internal systems, processes and tools.
You will interact with management and other business representatives to develop a clear understanding of the business needs and audit relevant divisions to identify and analyze inefficiencies and risks.
You will manage databases, integrate multiple sources of data and prepare reports for presentation to senior management, including all findings and recommendations for process improvements.
You will support the global implementation and maintenance of business processes and partner with the responsible managers in our 17 subsidiaries worldwide in a consultative manner to facilitate the changes.
You will translate business processes for the IT department, explain IT requirements to the management and act as a change manager to successfully support the implementation of a new integrated process quality integration in the company.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
You have completed a degree in economics, business administration or similar at a top tier school and relevant professional experience, ideally in strategy, business or process consulting.
You bring excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills as well as prior experience with auditing and general quality and risk management processes. A broad and comprehensive technical understanding is required.
You have a strong personality and willingness to succeed. A demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects is required.
You possess strong communication skills – in English and ideally in German – and the ability to interact with a variety of people and departments.
