Working at the headquarter of Bayer has been a very exciting opportunity where I got the chance to learn a lot, especially on how to structure your work and build reliable and efficient work standard.
Bayer is one of the biggest german corporation and a social employer, they do not easily let go of its employees and would rather look for all the other available options first.
