Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for an

Airport Services & Customer Experience Assistant | Düsseldorf Airport

WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the International Airports & Customer Experience Coordinator and you will take care of the following activities:

  • WELCOMING & PEOPLE SERVICES MANAGEMENT:

when irregular operations occur at the airports and passengers and crews need our support and services.

  • PASSENGERS AND CREW CARE:

using empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems.

Other activities: internal reporting, daily briefings with Carriers and Handlers and any further day-by-day tasks.

WORKING HOURS

The job is organized in two shifts per day (from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.), all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and transportation operations, by providing assistance to airlines/handlers that may require our help at any time.

ABOUT YOU

  • You would like to explore careers in the Aviation Industry

  • You are good at organizing with great attention to detail, timeliness and resilience
  • Your knowledge of German and English is at a very good working level
  • Your MS Office skills are good

The knowledge of Asian and /or Arabic languages is a nice to have, and former work experience in Aviation/Transport/Tourism Industry environment is highly preferred.
