Der kleine Flo is a new tapas-burger-concept - Munich’s mini-burger restaurant- , located in the heart of Munich in the Altstadt-Lehel district. We love great mini-burgers, food creations, happy guests, and an urban and green lifestyle. We are looking for a

Kitchen Assistant (m/f/o)

part-time/ full-time

Your areas of responsibility:

• You will help us with all aspects of food preparation from start to finish, from preparation of the ingredients to final cleanup.
• During opening hours, you are an important part of food preparation and presentation and assist our chef in preparing the perfect product for our guests.
• You comply with all health and safety standards, in both food production as well as during pre and post cleanup.

You want:

• to be in at the beginning of Der kleine Flo’s - made in Minga -expansion, contribute to it with your knowledge and creativity, and quickly assume responsibility.
• to have a secure and longterm position in the Flo Family, with values, products, and people who inspire and motivate you.

Your profile:

• You already have experience as a kitchen assistant or in a similar position requiring kitchen skills, or you demonstrate talent and a passion for great food creations and are interested in learning more and improving yourself.
• You are reliable, always on time and a hard worker, whether cooking or cleaning, and this goes without saying.
• You keep a cool head and remain focused and concentrated even when things get hectic.
• You speak and understand German (or English) well.
