Worked for the company for many years and early on it was an org which took care of its people and had the atmosphere where employees could contribute and see ideas take shape. Now that has changed - people are disposable and leadership does not know how or does want to the make effort. There are a few passionate leaders left and turnover is high in field and internal staff because of this. If hired here, be aware you will want to join with the goal purely to gain experience and move on. Pay is not competitive, benefits such as working remote are not generally supported (depends on your manager), other benefits are standard. Promotion from within is uncommon, again depends on the manager. You will be expected frequently to work long hours, late nights and have negative feedback if not flexible to do so. Support for family life or other work life balance needs in general is not accepted, unless fortunate and your manager supports it.
