Self-freedom is limited therefore mainly completing tasks of Boss. No respect to new people and also no help is given. Multiple task are seen as a must know rather than a teaching perspective. Mistakes are easily blamed on lower people rather than on the person in charge. Credits for work are stolen by colleagues.
