First off, CSRA was the company I originally worked for so that should set the negative stage for this review. Happened to be present when CSRA was bought out by GDIT. CSRA was a terrible company to work for. They took away benefits continuously to save money and historically low-balled their employees salaries on almost every level. GDIT took over near the end of my tenure and I never really witnessed anything in terms of miraculous change. In GDIT's defense, however, they lost the contract at my present work location so this is somewhat temporary. GDIT appears to be a better company to work for but, unfortunately, the pre-takeover CSRA management was left in place until the contract expired. Management is inherently lazy and does not take care of its employees. Supervisors go out of their way to not cooperate with government oversight officials and regularly display very unprofessional traits (feet up on their desk, managers smelling of alcohol, etc.). Sadly, it's a great location in Europe but a very unprofessional workplace.
Poor management, unprofessionalism
