This is a German company managed by an English Gentleman. It is very professional and was the pinnacle of mutual respect and understanding between all employees. Learning sales, market analysis as a trader , world spot market pricing, exchange rate advantages, logistic options and customs clearance , harmonization codes for all technical products. The personnel worked as a unified team and the bonus system was balanced for all to benefit. We never went on strike, worked overtime when needed and also received training when market fluctuation allowed. Motivated employees all got company cars and life insurance paid by the company, and even vacation pay on top of the salary earned when taking time off. Logistics varied based on volumes shipped, time requirements and client requirement. Managed cage code and call off orders in B to B settings as well.
