This job was horrendous. The culture was pretty much straight out of Wolf of Wall Street. They haze you for being new, there is no such thing as professionalism, and no one really gets their job done effectively there as they are always being distracting, rude, and disrespectful. When talking to my manager and asking him to gain more respect from my team, they simply said it was the culture of the company and it wasn't going to change.
no respect for hard workers, if you are given a good market then you will do well if not you will suffer a lot. There is no encouragement from the higher ups, every good person quits, management talks down to you and is very condescending.
MFI has a great company culture and is a great pit stop for anyone fresh out of college. Earnings are very dependent on performance and commission but results seem to show with the time and effort put in. Their constant efforts to increase head count makes markets very congested. Tough job but the social aspect of the company is great. Would not recommend for more than a year or two.
Hours extend past the usually 9-5, generally speaking I was there for more than 60 hours a week. Management was very hands-on when you were doing well, hands off with employees they were not invested in. Culture is fast and loose... Expectations included undying loyalty, 60 dials a day and 2 hours of phone time, 2 deals per month minimum if promoted. Inability to be client facing unless you were more experienced (3 years with company at least) and only if your assigned territory was in the same city you were. Big push recently to hire females externally for executive roles. Really fun monthly happy hour though. Mostly entry-level hires and promotions from within rather than external hires. Great place to learn the basics of sales and hone your internal motivation for success.
8am-7pm Learned how to conduct myself professionally with amazing IT/Tech companies focused on salesforce. How to present solutions and help with their recruitment needs. Management is amazing as long as you're putting in the hours and giving your 100% on a daily basis. Workplace culture: Fantastic, everyone roots for people to get those placements. Hardest part of the job: going days trying to help companies with their recruitment needs, but being bugged down due to misunderstanding of Features and benefits. Enjoyable: Getting those deals in.

Been here just over a year and its a great place to work! There's a steep learning curve for the initial 3 months where you learn different technologies and markets, but once youve built relationships in your territory and understand the process's your able to place deals and move upwards quickly. There is a base salary and unlimited commission structure which improves the more deals you do. If youre willing to come in, learn and work hard, you'll be rewarded quickly and work your way up the ladder.

Email and Phone calls all day, talking to candidate and clients is what you need to do to close the deal. Sending customized emails and building customer and client relations is crutial to being productive. Need to gain interviews for your candidates which will then turn into closes and money money money.
Cool managers, want to help you
