After having the chance to experience what life is like as an employee for a few months now, I can say that I really enjoy working here. There was not one day where I didn't learn something new and I feel like a lot of thought has gone into thinking about my professional future by my manager.
My team is equally supportive and I feel at home given the social relationships I have made so far.
While I find my work is very challenging and spend long hours occasionally to complete it, the flexible working hours and home office days give me an appreciated feeling of control over my schedule.
The founders present themselves as humble and approachable and even though I do not work directly with them on a daily basis, I feel recognized for my work by them, by my team, and by my manager. So I feel good about the effort I have put in.
SunshineSmile is still pretty young and there is something special about the palpable energy and ambition in the office. The job security seems pretty good (we are growing, our sales are increasing, we open up new cities every week) but we are still quite young and it is impossible to tell how the company will develop in the long run. By the looks of how things are going, I am hopeful things will go well!
