Early Childhood Educator - English speaker

Shape childhood in a daycare facility

Kinderfan is a private provider of nurseries and kindergarten with a total of seven facilities: two in Schwabing, one at Odeonsplatz, one in Oberföhring, one in Giesing, one in Pasing and another in Augsburg. Around 400 children are looked after every day by a dedicated team of around 60 employees. Together, we create a loving, diverse daycare routine between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

With us, you will experience flat hierarchies, an appreciative working environment and a pedagogy based on the co-construction approach, which brings cultural diversity and bilingual learning in German and English to life.

Your area of responsibility

As an educator at Kinderfan, you will help create a varied and stimulating daycare environment:

  • Caring for, supporting and accompanying children in their day-to-day life
  • Planning and implementing creative, age-appropriate educational activities
  • Observing and documenting child development
  • Designing and organising the daily routine, including rituals and free play
  • Working as part of a team and with parents as a reliable contact person

What sets you apart

  • Early Childhood Education degree or comparable educational qualification
  • English language skills at least at C1 level
  • Sense of responsibility, organisational skills and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Enjoy teamwork, open-mindedness and pedagogical creativity.
