Our headquarters are in Berlin Mitte and we currently have 50+permanent employees.

Our friendly solar and energy efficiency team is looking for a for a student assistant (m/f/d) for 15 to 20 hours/week starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

· Supporting the team in the implementation of international education projects in the field of solar energy and energy efficiency

· Supporting the development of training content and training materials

· Formatting, standardizing, cataloguing, and translating course materials and other documents (depending on skillset)

· Providing logistics and back-office support during live, in-person training and other events

· Supporting communication with project partners and participants

· Performing internet research and AI-assisted research

· Working with the RENAC database, e.g., documenting participants' details

· Occasionally: supporting the office manager and covering the front office.

Your profile:

· Enrollment as a student in an engineering degree or other related field

· Interest in solar PV and energy efficiency, as well as in executive education

· Ability to work in a team, but also independently

· Good organizational skills

· Highly desirable: previous knowledge in the field of solar energy/energy efficiency

· Very good English language skills (B2)

· Highly desirable: Good knowledge of German (A2)

· Good MS Office skills.

· Place of residence: Berlin
