In this position as a French-Italian-English speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries by E-Mail and chat.



With the following conditions:

Start at the next possible date | full time | at our location in Berlin - Andreasstraße 10 | Monday - Sunday from 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. | Support languages: French (C1), Italian (B2) and English (B2) | €2600 gross/month | temporary contract

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in our team you will:

  • Receive requests via e-mail and chat.

  • Support the customer with inquiries regarding their account, subscriptions, billing and all kinds of products and services.

  • Provide assistance in the event of technical issues and malfunctions.

  • Work with other departments to solve any issues that are raised.

  • Guarantee the clients standards with competent service and conscientious documentation.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are fluently in word and speech in French (minimum C1) and have very good command of Italian as well as English (at least B2 level).

  • Have suitable professional experience in customer service.

  • Have good computer and technical skills.

  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ideally you already have:

  • Knowledge in the Anime and Manga scene.
