For our last mile business, we are looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) to oversee daily operations at one of our Berlin sites.
Your Role
As Site Operations Manager, you are responsible for the on-site execution of daily operations and the performance of the operational team. You act as the main point of contact on-site and work closely with regional leadership and central teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an on-site operational team of approx. 50 drivers
- Ensure smooth daily operations across the site (office and warehouse)
- Manage shift planning, attendance, performance, and operational KPIs
- Act as the primary on-site contact for operational issues and escalations
- Coordinate closely with regional managers and central operations teams
- Support and drive process improvements and operational projects
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and quality requirements
This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring strong ownership and daily presence at the location.
What You Bring
- First experience in operations, logistics, site management, or team leadership
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in project coordination or process improvement is a plus
- Fluent English required; German is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in micro mobility is a plus, but not required (full onboarding provided)
