German Speaking Customer Service Representative (English Fluent) (m/w/d) – Remote Germany

French Selection is recruiting a German Speaking Customer Service Representative with fluent English on behalf of a growing international B2B organisation operating across Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional seeking a varied role combining customer service, customer support, order management, customer retention and relationship management within a dynamic international business.

The role

You will be responsible for supporting German-speaking customers, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction while helping to maintain long-term customer relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service via telephone, email and digital channels
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to product, delivery, account and order-related enquiries
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct outbound customer calls to gather feedback and maintain customer engagement
• Support customer retention and customer reactivation activities
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services where appropriate
• Assist with onboarding new customers
• Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and internal systems
• Share customer insights with Sales and Marketing teams
• Work independently while collaborating closely with an international and multilingual team

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, customer experience, customer success, account support or a similar role is desirable
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer communications
• Self-motivated and confident working remotely
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems and order processing platforms would be advantageous
• Additional language skills such as French or Dutch are beneficial but not essential
• Interest or experience within veterinary, animal health or a related sector would be advantageous but is not required
