Sales Promoter (m/f/d) – Luxury Cosmetics | Düsseldorf Airport

We are looking for confident, energetic and sales-driven people to join our team as Sales Promoters at Düsseldorf Airport.

This is not a passive retail job. You will actively approach customers, present premium luxury cosmetic products and close sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively approach and engage airport customers
  • Present and demonstrate high-end luxury cosmetic products
  • Close sales and maximize conversion rates
  • Deliver excellent customer experience
  • Work towards personal and team sales targets

What We Offer

  • Base hourly wage from €13/hour
  • High commission up to 20% of daily sales + performance bonuses
  • Strong earning potential with premium products
  • Fixed shifts (morning or afternoon)

Working Hours

  • Morning shift: 07:00 – 13:30
