About the Role: Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you'll kick-start your consulting career in the exciting world of Financial Services. You'll gain hands-on experience in banking and/or insurance, working closely with experienced colleagues on real client projects. From day one, you’ll be part of a dynamic, international team with plenty of opportunities to grow and shape your path.

Your Responsibilities:

• Join projects at leading insurance companies or banks after a tailored onboarding program.
• Support the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative, client-specific solutions.
• Collaborate in agile project teams, learning from senior consultants and subject matter experts.
• Contribute to internal initiatives that drive Synpulse forward globally.
• Engage in team events, knowledge-sharing, and help build the Synpulse culture from within.

About You:

• You have a completed bachelor’s or higher degree (or will finish it soon) with strong academic performance.
• You’re eager to apply your understanding of business and/or technology in a consulting environment.
• You are a strong communicator in German (MUST) and English.
• You work well in teams, enjoy taking responsibility, and are open to occasional travel.
