Development
Berlin

At Flussbad, we are creating a new kind of hospitality — one that connects nature, culture, and community. Our campus on the banks of Spree River in Berlin-Rummelsburg brings together experiences in gastronomy, wellbeing, learning, and cultural programming, with sustainability, creativity, and human connection at its core.

Flussbad is part of Slowness — a collective of people, places, and projects that reframe the way we live, work, and interact. Drawing insights from regenerative agriculture, adaptive reuse, and the slow movement, Slowness is developing destinations around the world that offer a deeper, more conscious, and collaborative form of hospitality.

To support our team working on the development of the Flussbad Campus in Berlin, we are looking for a Project Management Intern to assist in coordinating timelines, processes, and third-party requirements across the site.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pre-opening and development team, contributing to a complex, multi-layered project that will continue to evolve through 2026 and 2027.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be part of the opening team for the Flussbad Campus, taking a hands-on role in managing deliveries, timelines, and installations during the phased opening through 2026 & 2027
  • Support the creation of documents, presentations, translations, guidelines, etc.
  • Keep project information up to date; monitor timelines and deliverables
  • Support in providing updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Handle travel and lodging arrangements for project partners
  • Conduct research on various topics within the hospitality industry
  • Support special projects and event organization related to openings and campus activations
  • Assist with office administrative tasks
  • Assist with ongoing communication and coordination between the operations and project development teams
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written; German is a plus
Requirements
You should have a genuine interest in trends within the hospitality world and be able to identify with the principles and ethos of the Slowness vision, ideally looking to convert into a long-term employment. You should be energetic and detail-oriented, with a passion for culture, design, hospitality and travel. We value personal initiative, engagement, solution-oriented, and creative thinking. You should contribute to a working environment that is respectful, considerate, team-oriented and support open dialogue.
