Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) – Berlin

Location: Berlin
Job Type: Full-time | Self-employed / Commission-based (depending on experience)

We specialize in residential and investment properties in Berlin and Cyprus, helping both owner-occupiers and international investors find the right opportunities.

Whether you already have experience in real estate or have a strong sales background and are looking for a new challenge, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

· Advise clients buying and selling residential property.

· Conduct property viewings and client meetings.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company leads.

· Negotiate offers and support transactions from first contact through closing.

· Maintain client information using our CRM system.

· Work closely with our marketing and management teams.

What We’re Looking For

· Sales experience or real estate experience is an advantage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

· Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

· Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

· Fluent German is required; English is an advantage. Additional languages such as Hebrew, Russian, Polish, or Ukrainian are a plus.

· A valid driving licence is desirable.
