At Sqwad, we are building a team dedicated to helping organizations strengthen donor engagement by converting one-time donors into recurring supporters.

Flexible schedule (between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Fixed hourly pay plus performance bonuses (€15/hour + €12 bonus for each successful conversion)

Your mission:
Outbound Calling
-
Contact existing donors by phone
-
Present the recurring donation program
-
Build trust and engage in meaningful conversations
-
Answer questions and handle objections professionally
-
Convert one-time donors into recurring donors
-
Track and report your activity
-
Achieve performance targets
Your profile:
-
Native German speaker (mandatory)
-
Good understanding of English or French to communicate with management
-
Comfortable speaking on the phone
-
Strong listening and communication skills
-
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
-
Previous experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, or outbound calling is a plus
-
Available at least 30 hours per week (ideally 35–40 hours)
