Do you want to work in a challenging role within an international family-owned company? Are you solutions- oriented, organized and passionate? Then we are the perfect match for you! Within the Boix family we are looking for an International Service Technician. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part within Boix Europe, supporting customers worldwide while contributing to a sustainable future!

What will you do?

As an International Service Technician, you will be an integral part of Boix Europe’s Service department. Our machines are delivered from the HQ in Spain to our location in Eerbeek, NET or Nordhorn, GER or directly to our customers. You and/or your colleagues will prepare them for our customers worldwide. Once ready, you will travel independently to various locations and industries to install the machines. But that is not all! You will also perform maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This is where your analytical skills and stress-resistance come in handy. Picture yourself visiting beautiful places where few have the opportunity to go – imagine working with fruit growers, bakeries, retailers and many more industries! Different customers with different needs. But that doesn't matter to you. You will always be customer oriented.

By listening carefully to the customer, you will have an excellent understanding of their needs and experiences, and we always strive for improvement. So, share your suggestions with our Service Manager to enhance our service and processes continually.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a solution-oriented, customer-focused technician who enjoys working independently and in diverse environments. What you bring with you:

  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages like Dutch, German, Spanish or Russian are a plus)
  • A passion for technology and troubleshooting
  • You enjoy travelling, both in the Germany and abroad.
  • A customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • A valid driving license (B)
  • Stress resilience and the ability to adjust to diverse customers
