Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Greek or Russian fluently to support clients in the markets.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Demonstrated understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the gaming industry with insights into both digital and traditional media.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.

Responsibilities

Manage the whole sales cycle as an experienced sales professional for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship for another 6 months after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance and promote opportunities.
Prospect and build a pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
Acquire high touch - high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilising the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions - i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion.
