This is a 360 Recruiter position. A 360 recruiter manages the entire recruitment process — generating new clients through sales activities such as cold calling, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and managing the hiring process from initial contact through to successful placement

What will you be doing?

  • Sourcing top-level talent and managing the full recruitment process
  • Building your own client portfolio through warm and cold outreach
  • Establishing yourself as a subject-matter expert in your field
  • Using LinkedIn to build a personal brand and network
  • Close deals and earn commission from day one!

What's in it for you?

  • Base Salary: Competitive starting salary: €34,000 - €37,000
  • Uncapped commission structure: OTE Year 1: €50K–€55K, Year 2: €70K–€80K, Year 3/4: €90K–€100K
