The first 8 weeks of any given project are considered the most critical and crucial for the initialization of the project and the successful execution of the same. To help the BUs and the RAs organizations, it has been decided to create a new group that will be mainly focused on executing the project setup, ensuring the needed infrastructures, software, systems, procedures and tools are correctly implemented to guarantee a consistent and structured project delivery approach, in line with contractual requirements and Client’s expectations.
The Expert Project Planning Scheduling (m/f/d) is expected to initiate the project planning and contribute to its successful execution. This includes preparing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all planning and scheduling requirements to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare project planning and scheduling tools and track the delivery of key inputs.
• Implement all tools in accordance with corporate requirements (mandatory tools) and ensure a corporate-compliant planning and scheduling setup, including the project master schedule and the progress measurement system.
• Align planning and scheduling systems with the company's information requirements (e.g., SAP).
• Develop all necessary documentation and procedures for the implementation of the aforementioned tools and systems.
• Ensure that the planning systems are set up according to the standardized WBS structure and are configured to exchange data with oneERP.

Show your expertise

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Project Management, coupled with several years of relevant operational experience in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of project planning and the proven ability to analyze technical documents effectively.
• Skilled in introducing new methodologies and techniques in planning, with a strong track record of working collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.
• Proven experience in ensuring all planning systems align with company information requirements like SAP and are set up according to standardized WBS structures, enhancing data exchange with systems such as oneERP.
• Fluent in English with German being a significant plus. You also exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and proactive behavior, essential for successful team and client interactions.
