VIE Marketing Content & Tool Manager (d/m/f)

Definition VIE
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Working within the Market Plan team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining, establishing and supporting the creation of marketing material and content such as print media, multimedia, photos, videos, apps, etc.
• Establishing, designing and finishing of marketing presentations
• Defining, establishing/supporting and maintaining G-sites intended for team and internal customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Leading / supporting marketing activities and projects
• Project management of small to medium marketing projects

Working in collaboration with the Market Execute team, the successful candidate will:

• Act as a project manager for content management tools for market ops.
• Be accountable for publishing of content for digital Apps and Tools - G-drive, Apps
• Provide support to German market ops team in the adoption and usage of digital tools (Apps (Hteaming, H140,..., Salesforce,)

Desired skills and qualifications

• Education: Graduated e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering, international management, media design, marketing,…
• Skills: Enhance knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
• Languages: English (obligatory): advanced; German (beneficial): advanced
• Capacity for teamwork, communicate, perform independently projects, autonomous benchmark / research regarding specific topics
• Other: The role may require occasional travel to support events or meet with teams in France (Marignane)
