Your onboarding - you're not alone
Quality and teamwork are what count with us. As a newcomer, you'll complete a two-day training program where you'll receive all the important information about workflows and processes. Afterwards, you'll accompany experienced colleagues for two days and learn everything hands-on. Need a little more time? No problem – we'll support you!

What your workday looks like:

• Warehouse location (depot): Porschestraße 2-20, 12107 Berlin
• The route is fully pre-planned automatically, so you can work efficiently.
• All parcels are pre-sorted and provided in bags – you simply load your vehicle (loading and unloading takes about 10 minutes).
• The app navigates you from stop to stop and shows you which parcel to take from which bag.
• If you have any questions, a personal dispatcher is always available by phone.
