Work Location: On-site (100% In-Office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operational teams by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of company data.

Position Summary

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, maintaining, and verifying company records across multiple databases and systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain company records and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
  • Generate reports and spreadsheets as requested by management.
  • Perform regular database audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with document management, filing, scanning, and record retention.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and administrative documentation.
  • Respond to internal requests for information and records.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Support office administration and other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, clerical support, or office operations preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems, databases, and cloud-based software is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
