Join our VOI Operations team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced last-mile operations environment. You will work directly with our operations managers, supporting day-to-day operations, data tracking, reporting, process improvement and internal tools.

About Us

Tree Logistics is a growing logistics company and an official Amazon Delivery Service Partner as well as a VOI Operations Partner in Berlin.

As an intern, you will work closely with our VOI Operations team and support the daily operational processes behind our business. The role combines hands-on operations with data, reporting and process improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day VOI operations and operational coordination
• Maintain and improve internal trackers using Google Sheets and Excel
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for management
• Analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities
• Support inventory, equipment and warehouse-related processes
• Assist operations managers with documentation and daily operational tasks
• Help improve and automate recurring workflows
• Support simple internal tools, dashboards and operational systems
• Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders across the business

Your Profile

• Mandatory internship preferred, voluntary internships also welcome
• Available at least 4 days / 30 hours per week
• Able to work primarily on-site in Hoppegarten
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working with data, reports and operational KPIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Interest in operations, process improvement and digital tools
• Structured, proactive and hands-on working style
• Good English skills required
• German skills are a plus
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python or automation tools is a plus, but not required
