Document updates & Sales Tool Testing

• Manage updates from the fulfillment house for Legal & Compliance changes in our documents (e.g., data privacy change, board member updates, wording amendments across all Ts&Cs).

• Review through proofreading, request full implementation via the Sales Support Manager.

• Assist with creation of test plans for each affected scheme and check the correct exchange of documents. Cancel them and request consideration for reports.

• Ensure key documents are organized and accessible for all stakeholders. Sales Support folder and folders for internal and external audit processes).

Marketing & Print Material Handling

• Manage material order inbox, request deliveries from the fulfillment house, and keep partners updated.

• Place weekly orders for flyers, posters, and price cards to fulfil minimum stock.

• Coordinate the replacement of outdated material and manage distribution to Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and partners.

• Creation and request of new suppliers/service providers and the respective PO number (myworkday)

Incentive & Gamification programs

• Assist with partner mailings.

• Responsible for managing timely registrations for incentive and gamification programs.

• Assist KAM with research and booking of incentive destinations.

Client Team meetings

• Join weekly Sales and Sales Support calls, provide updates, and raise any issues

About You:

If you have a experience in an office / administrative role and have good MS Office skills then we would like to hear from you.

You will need to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and strong organisational and administrative skills.

Strong German language skills are essential for this role.

Previous experience in sales support role could be useful but isn't essential if you can convince us you can adjust to this role!
