Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales targets and business development plans for the designated city/region in alignment with the company's overall strategy
  • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Brand and Product promotion through participation in activities such as exhibitions, technical training, roadshows, etc.
  • Support local after-sales teams in resolving product quality and after-sales issues
  • Conduct product research to provide internal feedback for new product development and assist in planning future product strategies
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams locally
  • Timely handle and coordinate various daily customer issues and complaints

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

  • Industry: Residential & small commercial and industrial energy storage.

  • Solar energy storage or electrical engineering majors preferred.

  • Preferred technical sales or business development manager. Understanding of major residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, Batteries, and All-in-one systems on the market. Basic energy storage technical knowledge are required.

  • Basic knowledge of VPP, and residential energy storage’s regulations.

  • Knowledge of key sales networks and major customers within the assigned region, with the ability to effectively promote at the installer level.

  • Willingness to travel as required
