The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales to join our Adobe CXO business to run our Telco, Pharma and Energy/Utilities verticals, based ideally in one of our Adobe offices (Munich or Hamburg) or remotely.
As Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales you will lead our strategic Telco, Pharma and Energy/Utilities accounts within Adobe CXO. You’ll manage and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely across Adobe’s matrix organization to deliver value and uncover new opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs
Own Adobe’s top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention
Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities
Collaborate across Solution Sales and CXO teams to execute GTM strategy
Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management
Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives

What You Bring
Experienced in leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles)
10+ years in direct SaaS platform sales (software + services a plus)
Proven sales track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders, ideally in some of the following verticals: Telco/Pharma/Energy
Experience with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development
Excellent communication skills in English and German
