PROJECT MANAGER (m/f/d) – flexible at company locations

Your terrain: Project managers (PM) at the Hemminger Group are responsible for the structured, efficient, and successful implementation of projects across all project phases. They accompany projects from the quotation phase to completion and ensure compliance with time, cost, and quality targets in accordance with the Hemminger Group's PM standards.

What core tasks await you:

Project responsibility throughout the entire project life cycle

• Supporting projects from the quotation and start phase through planning, management, and controlling to completion, including development and refinement of the project design and definition of relevant KPIs.
• Responsibility for project management and communication, including scheduling and resource planning, quality management, central reporting, and active internal and external coordination.
• Ongoing monitoring of project progress, optimization in case of deviations, and analysis of costs, quality, and time at project completion, including lessons learned.

After the official project launch, the PM bears overall financial, personnel, and operational responsibility for the project or subproject in accordance with the Hemminger Group's PM standards.

What you bring to the table - expertise meets personality:

• University degree or equivalent skills
• Many years of experience in project management
• Active exchange within the PM team and integration of best practice approaches
• Technical expertise in at least one area of the Hemminger Group's services and a strong willingness to learn new things
• Many years of management experience in the successful management of projects
• Project work with a special focus on customer satisfaction and sustainable cooperation
• Intercultural openness and ability to put together teams suited to specific projects
• Strong teamwork skills and initiative, combined with self-confidence and a willingness to take on responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Business trips to customers or project teams are undertaken as required and require a willingness to travel.
