Your tasks:

• You will learn the setup of performance campaigns for the whole marketing funnel on the amazon advertising console and provide support for setup adjustments after successful tests.
• You will study current market trends and gather insights on competitor strategies, helping the team understand the evolving landscape.
• You will expand and modify the existing campaign setup and learn how to optimize campaign setups such as Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Brand Videos.
• You will assist in identifying and analyzing high-performing keywords for search engine marketing campaigns.
• You will assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports, highlighting the KPIs and providing actionable insights
• You will learn how to understand, identify and monitor key e-commerce KPIs across different online channels.
• You will be learning to optimize performance-oriented campaigns and optimize them on an ongoing basis defined and measurable KPIs.
• Your will be working in constant contact with our Teams from Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden to harmonize our strategies.

Your profile:

• You find yourself at the end of your studies or you just completed them, with focus on Marketing, Communications or a related field
• You have an high interest in online marketing, performance marketing campaigns (Pay-PerClick) and e-commerce
• An out of the box thinker: you are not afraid to say your opinion, you are innovative and actively participate in shaping our strategies!
• You speak very good German or English, it is a plus if you speak Spanish, French or Italian
• You are a team player and have great communication skills
• You like our philosophy and have an hands-on mentality
• You feel at ease with numbers and you know your way around Excel
