Our customers can purchase by video chat internationally or by hand-picking at our warehouse in Berlin.

Founded in 2013, Vintage Wholesale Berlin is located in the heart of Berlin and serves customers in over 40 countries. In 2022, we expanded our reach with the establishment of our sister company, Vintage Kilosale Germany.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing our websites, SEO strategy, paid advertising, email marketing, social media and blog content, and e-commerce development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage marketing strategies for Vintage Wholesale Berlin and Vintage Kilosale Germany
• Create paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Set up and manage the companies’ online stores.(Shopify)
• Write English-language blog posts featuring news, vintage topics, and SEO-friendly content.
• Build customer database and coordinate email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp).
• Track analytics and report marketing metrics to continuously improve performance.
• Manage VWB and VKG websites (content, updates, SEO strategy).

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in marketing, digital strategy, and/or e-commerce.
• Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and Shopify.
• Skilled in planning and executing cross-media marketing campaigns, targeting relevant audiences.
• Proactive problem-solver and excellent communicator.
• Responsible and independent working style, with good organizational skills.
• A good eye for visuals
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms
• Skills in photo editing, video editing, and graphic tools (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop etc.)
• English: fluent (written and spoken).
• German: B1 or above.
