Today, Pyou Global presents a new opportunity for an Italian agri-food global leader. For their German Branch in Hamburg, we are looking for a:

BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT

The role will support the day-to-day management of customer orders and provide efficient customer service, working closely with the Sales, Accounting and Logistics departments.

Main responsibilities

• Enter and process incoming customer orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status, product availability and order confirmations.
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery within the agreed deadlines.
• Support colleagues to handle enquiries by phone, email and chat.
• Monitor deliveries and follow up where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Brief previous experience in a customer service or order management role.
• Strong IT skills (especially Excel) and confidence in using ERP systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP is a plus).
• Fluency in German and English (Italian is a plus).
• Smart and proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and reliable manner.
