Introduction

In our niche, we are one of the leading companies in the field, of distribution, marketing, trading, and global sourcing between the two important continents Europe and Asia. Our international team, consisting of 6 different nationalities from three continents supports us with expertise and high commitment. Our special expertise is in European food retail with customers such as ALDI, Kaufland, EDEKA, Carrefour, Migros, Spar, DM, Auchan, ALDI, etc.

Who are we looking for?


  • Student or Graduate with major in Communication Design/ Digital Marketing/ Design with applied graphic, print,

and digital design experience

  • With a portfolio of completed illustrations/ designs/ concepts/ online campaigns/video materials/

written copy for campaigns

  • Experienced in visual story-telling for online media: UX-user experience/ branding identity/online brand building/ visual communication knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of MS Office, social networks
  • Adaptable: quick to learn on-the-go, able to collaborate and meet deadlines
  • Flexible attitude and desire to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in SEO / Web-Design is appreciated
  • Experience in Social Media is appreciated
  • Work experience is appreciated

Languages

  • Very good English or German knowledge (B2 or better)
  • Further foreign languages are welcome but not mandatory
  • Main spoken languages in the office are German, English and French

What you will do


  • Take responsibility of content creation (photo+video) for our brands (product photography, „how-to“ videos, others)
  • Planning and goal setting for our social network channels (create a regular publishing schedule)
  • Shape our social media presence and establish online strategies, take responsibility for the consistency of all online communication, continually create marketing content optimised for e-Commerce like social media campaigns, display advertising, newsletters, online banners and much more
  • Manage promotions for social media (images + video + written web content)
  • SEO + analyse, review and run analytics on effectiveness of campaigns to reach the brand‘s target audience and provide recommendations
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, design and strategy
  • Design infographics for social network channels and company presentations
  • Be up-to-date with the development and latest trends & techniques in the digital design world, use this knowledge to keep us ahead of our competitors
  • Understand that each assignment is new and its result is tailored to the client/ pursuit specifications while incorporating our brands
  • Work with Google Analytics / AdWords
